This work package will design, develop and test a training programme for practitioners, specifically, in the first instance, for those practitioners who are not working in the formal education system. These practitioners may not receive training / up-skilling in the most contemporary information on the future of work, and thus their clients are at a disadvantage in terms of work preparation and sustainable futures. The training will utilise a blended learning approach whereby practitioners will have access to online resources including podcasts, recommended reading, videos etc. in addition to formal training in the use of the project tool and feedback. The training will be available in partner languages.
